Eng. AwabAlKuzbari
The company is led by Eng. Awab AlKuzbari, Co-Founder and Managing Direector. He is a civil engineer specialized in engineering project management, with more than eight years of experience in the engineering field. He worked in the United Arab Emirates within a professional engineering environment specialized in the design and execution of residential projects and landscape works, where he participated in managing several distinguished projects. This experience gave him practical exposure to project organization, quality control, team management, and coordination between different project stakeholders. Eng. Awab carries a clear ambition to develop a professional engineering model in Syria based on commitment, transparency, and raising execution standards to a higher and more sustainable level.
Eng. MoazOrfali
Serves as Co-Founder and Operations Manager. He has more than ten years of experience in the construction of residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings, particularly in Kafr Sousa, Al-Midan, and Al-Qasaa districts in Damascus. His experience was developed through his work with AlOrfali Company, a family-owned company with a well-known history in construction and real estate development. The company has contributed to the construction of more than 20 residential towers across Damascus, in addition to Al-Sham Center Mall. Eng. Moaz focuses on managing construction operations, following up on site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring that projects progress according to approved technical requirements and timelines.
Through this integration between management and operations, MASAHAT is building an engineering system capable of handling projects with seriousness and clarity — from concept and study, through execution and follow-up, all the way to final delivery with measurable quality and results.
